Foremost Crystal Information

All   Crystal Florida figurines are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. The cost
of shipping an individual crystal figurine   will range from $8.30 to $12.60
depending on the item size. For multiple piece orders, an additional $2.00
per item will be added to the highest shipping fee in the group of items ordered.

Hand-crafted crystal figurines and laser etched crystal items will ship separately.

Crystal figurine orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days. If you

Laser Etched Crystal orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground within
4 to 7 business days, from the order date. UPS shipping charges are $5.00
per pound. Shipping for a typical etched crystal is around $8.30 to $13.00.

Sales tax in the amount of 8.4% will be charged on all sales shipped to
addresses within the state of Oklahoma. There will be no sales tax charged
for shipments outside the state of Oklahoma.

No returns will be granted because the item color does not match the color
on the monitor or the size differs by 1/4" or less in any of the dimensions.

Please contact us at service@foremostcrystal.com prior to returning an
item with details on why you wish to return the item. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt. All
returns must be returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to
charge a restocking fee.
If the item contains a manufacturer's flaw or damaged during shipment,
a claim must be filed by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the item.




		Settings for Crystals Only

Using a digital camera take a picture. (If you have a
photo see scanning instructions below.) Use 640 x
480 size and fine, better or good quality setting. Your
image size should be at least 100kb for good results.
If your image is less than 100kb then improve the
quality settings on your camera and take another
picture with the higher settings.

	Scanner Settings for Crystals Only

Scan a traditional photo in a scanner and send us the
results. Old black & white photos or color work well.
If the photo is 6" x 4" or smaller, scan at a minimum
of 300dpi. If the photo is a 8" x 10" or larger then
scan at 150dpi
